Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be in the original packaging

Please include your order number or return form inside the package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend sending the return using a trackable shipping service such as
DHL Express or a similar courier.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
